HOW DO I PUT TOGETHER A PACKAGE?
Our packages are completely customizable and meant to be mix-and-match to match your vision. Submit your contact info, choose from our list of services and we will send you a personalized quote.

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
We do all our business through Honeybook! Once we send your custom proposal you can easily send your payment through our system.

is a deposit required?
​We hold a 50% deposit day of booking and the remaining 50% 30 days before your service.

DO YOU DECORATE HOTEL ROOMS?
Absolutely! We recommend our small decor package due to the limited space. Beverage packages & bach bags work great as well.

HOW DOES THE ACCESS TO THE AIRBNB WORK?
You will send us check-in instructions from your Airbnb and we will arrive once it’s time for check in! Depending on your size package, we will need between 2-4 hours for set up and we will let you know when we are ready for you. You do require that everyone is out of the house for set up, but you’re more than welcome to drop your bags off beforehand!

Do you offer full itinerary planning?
Of course! Our BACH IT ALL package includes a full itinerary option! We can help book reservations for dinners, clubs, boat tours, and more!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via your portal no later than 30 days in advance. We cannot refund any amount if the BACH date is less than 30 days away as we order specific inventory for your event a month in advance.
DO YOU BOOK AIRBNB’S?

HOW DOES THE STOCK THE FRIDGE WORK?
We will provide the closest Publix for you to Instacart all of your groceries/favorite alcohol and arrange for the best time for us to schedule pick up! Arrive to a fully stocked fridge with your favorite drinks + snacks! Groceries are not included in the package price.

DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF THEMES WE HAVE TO CHOOSE FROM?
We do not have a list to choose from, but we will do our best to make every part of your vision come true! We are also happy to suggest a few popular styles as well if you prefer. Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your request.

HOW DO THE MARQUEE LETTERS WORK?
Each pre-selected word (MRS) is individually priced and rented for the duration of your trip. The letters are battery powered and disposable.

Do you offer clean up service?
We do not return to pick up/dispose of any items! Everything is yours to keep or throw away.
